DEBO Compact Mineral

MINERALM® , Reborn from Industry

DEBO® MINERALAM® – Compact Mineral™ is engineered from reclaimed industrial minerals — including coal-based industrial by-products (commonly known as coal slag) and hot molten metallurgical by-products from ferroalloy and manganese smelting (commonly known as metal slag) — combined with phenolic resin, Through hot charging, conditioning, centrifugal fiberization, resin blending, mat forming, and hot pressing, industrial by-products are transformed into Class A fire-rated, weather-resistant, and recyclable high performance architectural panel.

Developed by DEBO®, the brand draws on over 20 years of industry knowledge and technical expertise. In collaboration with upstream and downstream industrial partners, DEBO® has co-created this new high-tech, eco-friendly panel for the new era of circular economics.

Made from Reclaimed Minerals. Refined by DEBO.

 Fire Safety

DEBO® MINERALAM® boards achieve a Class A non-combustible rating. The core is made of inorganic mineral fibers that will not ignite, contribute to fire spread, or release toxic smoke. Thanks to the natural heat resistance of mineral fibers, no flame retardants are needed to deliver exceptional fire performance. This provides fundamental safety assurance for high-rise buildings and public spaces.

Circular Economy

Raw materials are sourced from industrial by-products of coal chemical processing and ferroalloy smelting. The hot-slag direct fiberization process eliminates the energy needed for re-melting, reducing comprehensive unit energy consumption by approximately 62%. With a by-product conversion rate exceeding 98%, upstream waste becomes downstream building resources, creating a closed-loop model of industrial symbiosis.

Weather Resistance & Durability

The mineral-based core delivers outstanding dimensional stability, resisting freeze-thaw cycles, UV exposure, acids, and alkalis. Its low thermal expansion coefficient prevents warping under temperature variations from +80°C to -40°C. The surface coating system undergoes EBC (Electron Beam Curing) weather treatment, maintaining color and texture stability after more than ten years of outdoor exposure, performing reliably from cold climates to high-humidity environments.

Moisture, Insect & Rot Resistant

Inorganic mineral fibers do not absorb water, support mold growth, attract insects, or decay. Low water absorption ensures the board remains stable in humid conditions without swelling or deformation. Ideal for underground spaces, tunnels, subways, hospitals, and other hygiene-critical environments, it delivers long-term durability without risk of biological degradation.

Design Aesthetics

DEBO® color management offers natural mineral textures, matte finishes, stone-like effects, and a system of standard and custom colors. Surfaces present a refined mineral character that balances industrial texture with architectural restraint. Available in multiple thicknesses, dimensions, and edge treatments, it supports integrated design expression across facades, walls, and ceilings. The board can be cut to any shape, enabling designers to realize bold and imaginative concepts.

Maintenance-Free

The surface is self-cleaning — ordinary stains are washed away by rainfall. No periodic painting or surface treatment is required; occasional cleaning is sufficient to maintain appearance. Compared with traditional materials that demand cyclical maintenance, this significantly reduces long-term ownership costs while preserving the building’s lasting appearance and integrity.
