Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure that you receive the replacement item promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
